Rapid progress is being made to make the SOCS/RMC library an access point to the world of scholarship. A well as a substantial collection of monographs on the core theological disciplines, the library has many books of a more general nature relating to the disciplines taught at the university – see SOCS catalogue. Through the EBSCO portal it provides access to the ATLA and ATLAS databases.
The library is now the home of the former Macquarie Christian Studies Institute collection which may be accessed by SOCS students.
The total collection now numbers well over 9,000 volumes and is housed in the dedicated library rooms at Robert Menzies College. In addition there are computer terminals with high speed internet access. The library is available during the day and before and after evening lectures.
